Section 1

Introduction and Acceptance

Account Registration and Security

When registering on takabye, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or incorrect information may result in permanent account closure.

• If you suspect your account or password has been hacked or used without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.
• Any attempt to access another person's account is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Verification Process

After registration, you may be required to verify your mobile number or email address. Full account verification is mandatory before a withdrawal request can be made.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed. However, takabye reserves the right to close an account immediately in the event of a rule violation.

Payment and Financial Transactions

takabye supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Funds deposited must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required for any payment method.
• Keep a screenshot or reference number of the transaction for deposit verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Currency

Bonus and Promotional Offers

takabye provides various bonuses and promotional offers for new and regular members. These bonuses are available under specific terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

takabye offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,200; or a deposit of ৳14,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times).
• This means you must place bets equal to 10 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Certain games may contribute a different percentage towards the wagering calculation.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the offer page.
• takabye reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same household or IP address.
• If a bonus is not used before it expires, it will be cancelled automatically.

5.4 VIP Program

takabye's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

There is an opportunity to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular gameplay.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud

6.1 General Prohibited Activities

• Creating an account with false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus requirements.
• Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting to hack any system on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account.

6.2 Financial Fraud

• Depositing using stolen or unauthorised payment details.
• Participating in money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Misusing credit card chargebacks.
• Depositing with funds from a third party.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Deliberately exploiting any weakness in the bonus system, claiming bonuses under different identities, or attempting to circumvent bonus terms is strictly prohibited.

6.4 Consequences

For any of the prohibited activities listed above, takabye reserves the right to close the account immediately, forfeit all bonuses and winnings, and provide information to the relevant authorities.
